Minnagam Inc is hiring a Senior Digital VLSI Designer/Architect to join us in building wireless IP for ranging applications in the IoT domain. We are a pre-seed startup looking for a strong hands-on designer who wants to help create differentiated semiconductor IP from the ground up. This is an opportunity to work on architecture-driven RTL development in an area with strong long-term relevance across connected devices and intelligent systems.

What you'll work on

  • Wireless / connectivity subsystem design
  • Physical layer design, translating algorithms to implementation
  • RTL development for complex digital blocks, both control and data paths
  • IP creation for ranging and IoT applications
  • Working in a small, high-ownership startup environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, VLSI Engineering, or a related field

Compensation: primarily equity, with modest cash compensation at this stage.

Minnagam is an early-stage, pre-seed startup working on an AI-native product for protocol engineering workflows. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the architecture and design of an agentic AI system and help turn the product vision into a robust technical foundation.

What you'll work on

  • AI agent / multi-agent system design
  • LLM-driven workflow architecture
  • Retrieval, reasoning, orchestration, and evaluation
  • Product-focused system design for real engineering use cases

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Software Architecture and Software Design, with a focus on defining complex systems and ensuring scalability
  • Strong skills in Software Development, including hands-on experience with coding and building efficient software solutions
  • Proficiency in Programming and a deep understanding of Design Patterns
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage system lifecycle, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative software development
  • Experience with AI or machine learning technologies is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
